Over GP's tenure, we have been very accommodating in these type of situations and I think it's overall a good situation and increases a good will type of atmosphere for TCU.

If memory serves the only coach GP did not get along with was Briles. At least a civil relationship, professional. Don't think Briles had many friends to support him when his program crashed and burned.

He had terse words in the media for Phil Bennett while he was HC at SMU, saying something to the effect of "let's see who's still has the same job in a couple of years" which became reality as Bennett was fired soon after..
