It seems the Big 12 is setting the pace in scoring when looking at the over and under of college football Bowls. All games with 70 or above for over and under have Big 12 tie in's.

Baylor vs UCLA has an over and under of 80.5.
West Virginia vs Syracuse is 73.
Okahoma State vs Purdue is 70.
Oregon vs Kansas St. is 75.5
Oklahoma vs Texas A&M is 72.

It's possible Texas Tech game will change but for now their over and under is only 57 against Minnesotta. It seems Tech has three defensive players who will not be playing due to undisclosed team rule violation. Raiders starting defensive back Cornelius Douglas, Chris Payne, a linebacker who played mostly on Texas Tech's special teams, and backup defensive tackle Leon Mackey won't play in the bowl game.

[sub]Don't know what the O/U was for the games that have already been played but for the remaining games the 40.5 for the TCU v MSt game is the lowest out there. Only the BYU v SD St game of those played so far was the final combined score less than 50. [/sub]

Just guessing but thinking it's going to be a defense battle and not a shoot out. 5 games with over and under of 40.5 to 45 including the national championship.
