Stars, ratings, portal who gives a [ Finebaum ]. It's dealing with 17-21 year olds. Not at all worried that TCU didn't appear on that list. I might have this right but 2 years ago Colorado under Deion had one of the best if not the best classes and they went under .500

Tech and all of these schools on this list will learn that the portal is a crapshoot. If you hit on 50% of your transfers coming in, then you've done a good job. If you expect any more, then you are likely going to be in big trouble.

It’s probably less a crapshoot than recruiting high school players and counting on them to 1) stick around and 2) be any good when they are freshman.
