Abelino Reyna was the defense attorney for the basketball murderer who said he wanted a fast plea deal to protect baylor. Fast forward to the sexual assaults scandal and he is now the Waco area DA and again went into protection mode to help baylor.

Well, history tells us rape investigations are not high on the list of the Waco PD so there are likely quite a few rapists down there just hanging out, they just aren’t being investigatived.
Plus, maybe they know the apparently one rape rule....
