i don't think baylor every taught their receivers to recognize coverages.
their system allowed them to plug and play athletes in very quickly and easily at the college level, but that type of thing doesn't work in the nfl. the closer the talent level between all the players the more those other things matter.
patterson makes a comment talking about the young receivers yesterday and how they looked good in 1 on 1 drills, but they simply were matching up physically. the challenge begins and really will have an impact on who plays early for the frogs in the ability to recognize coverages.
