Baylor is Trash.
I'm not sure how much defense reading goes on in Briles' offense.Daddymac said:I wonder how he is at reading defenses? I am sure he has never seen our defensive scheme before.

Safety over the top? If yes, run. If no, throw deep or comeback route.RollToad said:I'm not sure how much defense reading goes on in Briles' offense.
I'm not sure we've seen our defensive scheme before, either.Daddymac said:I wonder how he is at reading defenses? I am sure he has never seen our defensive scheme before.
We would have too many pictures of injuries to tweet out to show how our season changed. Cry me a phuggin river.TopFrog said:

Recently saw a documentary that did a good job of telling how it has ruined lives. The film is called Oxyana and tells the story of a small town in West Virginia where almost an entire generation of young people are lost to prescription drug abuse. It is certainly not a feel good movie, but quite an eye opening documentary. Very sad. If you know the whole back story, it will change your opinion of Purdue Pharmaceuticals (if you even had one).NNM said:In all seriousness, the book "Dreamland," about the opiate "epidemic" in the US, is scary stuff. The prescription opiate slingers, backed by big pharma, created a huge new and lucrative market for the heroin trade, which has been admirably exploited by groups from the Xalisco region of Mexico. It's not the inner city junkies in NYC that are dying with needles in their arms. It's white bread upper middle class cheerleaders and quarterbacks, who get introduced to the magic poppy by their neighborhood orthopedist. And you don't hear anything about it.
The "next guy" still has to make clutch throws under pressure. Yes they have a great system that helps QBs succeed, but it's not a sure thing that any old idiot can do.Bayonnefrog said:I'm not sure there is much drop off for Baylor honestly. System offense so you put the next guy in. Ohio St won a national championship with their third stinger. Frog fans shouldn't get their hopes up imho.
Good for you. It means more to you knowing you earned it the hard way...a quarter at a time.froginmn said:I just counted up the change on my bedside table and there was 25 bucks!
I know this has nothing to do with Seth Russell, but neither does the last couple of pages of this thread.
It's funny because several of the players can't read...RollToad said:I'm not sure how muchdefensereading goes on in Briles' offense.
