Might be right about the two good cops point. Personally I wouldn't want to be the bad cop "assistant coach" to a player's buddy Head Coach.First I've heard of this. Hate to say it but needed to happen. The other night I met a player from the 2019 team who thought he was the coolest coach ever. I couldn't help but wonder if having 2 good cops on the same staff was a bad idea. I could see that Sarloss was the perfect complement to Schloss, who was definitely the bad cop. After I met the player I looked back at the 2019 roster and that crew seemed to have so much talent but was not even projected to get a regional bid.
Been sick to my stomach watching all this non TCU baseball this weekend.
Will say that we saw Kirk crawl all over Nate Stern from the dugout steps in that last home series. This year may have taught him something.
