Sounds like from his post he’s just looking for his report and will come back if not quite favorable enough. I’d expect to see him back next year.

It's not a slap in the face. It's a chance for some really good experience for him personally and as a basketball player. Go through the pre draft camps, take in all the feedback, and come back with a checklist of things to work on.

Kind of like how his coach just did some professional browsing around, he can get an idea of what NBA people think about him.

Nah. Not surprising. They’ll build a scouting report on him, tell him he’s got work to do. Give him a look at what holes he needs to fill. He’ll come back and work on his game.

I’ve not seen him anywhere near the top 50. Maybe go play in Europe for a year or G League..but typically if that’s the case they come back instead
