I think so. I remember when TCU played Army and Navy while I was a student, even the mascot saluted.

Service academy cheerleaders are regular cadets just like everyone else.

They just opt to participate in "cheerleading" as a club or extracurricular activity.

They would probably consider playing in the band 'frivilous'. :smile:

Huh. Did I ever mention I was recruited for the Army band? Even got so far as to audition. Made it, too. Just couldn't see myself going through basic training.
