The lawsuits will amplify over the next 3-4 years(5-10 times) because of the mentality of players like C Morris. On one hand I don't blame him for attempting to circumvent the CFL and UFL where is where he belongs. On the other hand, Trinidad Chambliss & Pavia played in inferior conferences and were severely damaged according to the judges/courts.

Problem is, similar to the Tarriff ruling by the SOCU, highly educated judges don't have a real grip on what is going on on the ground with serious social issues.

I DO NOT trust judges to make these landmark decisions. Most of these judges are inept and inadequate. Over 150 judges roughly (out of 230) appointed by Biden were black females.

Been saying this was coming in a tidal wave for the last year or so. The money has arrived and who can blame a kid for wanting to get their bag? The arbitrary rule that we’ve always played by for years of eligibility is going to be busted up. Get ready for no limits when the NCAA throws their hands up, followed by conferences making their own rules, followed by a new league of big boy colleges having a CBA with a final answer on how many years one can play “college” sports. It is wrong. One of the better bosses I've had, a creole lady from La. told me it was around 150. What she should have said is that minorities repped 150 out of 232 appointments. Black Females were 40 appts. The other 110 were Latinas, Latinos and others. When I texted her about this, she mentioned that she found it a little odd that 18% of the 232 appts were folks that repped less than 4% of the American Bar Association.
