They’re cooking with gas and undefeated since Toppin went down. Only lost 3 at home and all of them were to ranked teams. Color pessimistic.

Yeah the good thing for them is there isn't another team on that kind of heater going in the B12 right now...

Oh wait

The original post states that Tech is 14-1 at home. They lost to Kansas 64-61 on February 2. You may have been counting losses to Arkansas and Purdue but those were on neutral courts.

I would think a win in Lubbock would guarantee and NCAA tournament at large bid regardless of what happens against Cincinnati or the conference tournament.

I agree, but might add “almost” guarantees. It would be a great late season run and losing to Cincinnati could be viewed as a mental letdown after feeling they had locked up a spot with an emotional road win at Tech. 10-8 and 20 wins are the target tourney numbers, and with good Quadrant 1 wins. But, be greedy and get that bye!

I am hoping a Cincy win and a first-round tournament round will get it down. A win in Lubbuttock would be nice but not counting on that. Not impossible but I am saying not likely.

That too almost assures a spot in the tourney - a great late season run with 10-8 conference and 21 total wins with four Quadrant 1.

Okay, the double team on the screen has been figured out and they're about to go on a three-point shooting clinic if we keep doing the same thing. Let's switch it up now and then.

Looking good so far!

CJD changed at the TO! Nice.
