Might have Edmonds coming off the bench and never discovered his full potential. How much better would we be with Malick playing? Or are we as good as we were gonna be?
Very valid point. His minutes would be lower for sure.Might have Edmonds coming off the bench and never discovered his full potential.
They've lost 7 of 8 and are 6-10 in conference. While I could have seen the committee giving Bruce Pearl some leeway based on lifetime achievement, I don't think it'll cut new HC Steven Pearl any slack.Auburn lost today. That's good for us.
I would bet there has never been a team four games below .500 in conference that has made the tourney. Is the SEC really that strong this year? They've lost 7 of 8 and are 6-10 in conference. I don't know, but the 5 teams ahead of TCU in Lunardi's last Bracketology were all SEC.I would bet there has never been a team four games below .500 in conference that has made the tourney. Is the SEC really that strong this year?

That sounds vaguely familiar now that you mention it. I owe you a drink. In 2023 West Virginia went 7-11 in Big 12 and made the NCAA tournament as a 9 seed
OU made it in last year and they were like 6 games under .500 in league play.I would bet there has never been a team four games below .500 in conference that has made the tourney. Is the SEC really that strong this year?
Wow, I should rememeber that but I don’t.OU made it in last year and they were like 6 games under .500 in league play.
Don't forget the Colorado loss. Ugggly! The Frogs are 8-3 since beginning the conference season 1-4. That 1-4 included horrible losses at Kansas and Utah.
Utah was a horrible loss, but Kansas was a frustrating loss, but shouldn’t be considered horrible. Colorado was a horrible loss for sure. New Olreans was an inexcusable loss. We’ve had a couple of those. The Frogs are 8-3 since beginning the conference season 1-4. That 1-4 included horrible losses at Kansas and Utah.
