I do not know any TCU people in Denton. There has to be some one here to talk horned frog football and baseball with. Anyone on here a Denton resident?

I used to live in Denton. 623 Oakland...between the library and TWU. I counted the other day that between 1999 and 2004 I had 8 different addresses in Denton...2 of those years were on Oakland. I was the king of the 6 month lease.
I think in 11years I have moved 13 times. I did not get one deposit back. That is Denton for ya.

Haha...true. I think I got a $80 back from Jefferson Commons in 2001. Funny that most of my Denton friends now live in and around Fort Worth.
Jefferson Commons is where I got a MIP, caught a dumpster on fire, unsuccessfully hit on lots of women, and my friend and I witnessed a guy bang two insanely fat girls in the hot tub, while we smoked a joint on a balcony. Oh, the memories...

I grew up there and my dad and sister still live there. My dad is 73 and has dementia sO he won't be very fun to talk frog football with. Though he hasn't missed but a handful of games since 1989.

I lived in Denton in the late '90s and really liked it. Worked at the DRC and had fun, but I lived in the biggest craphole apt ever. It was north of TWU and was right behind an elementary school. The parking lot was a disaster. It was like someone had bombed it. Neighbors were an interesting bunch as well. Had a lot of fun playing golf at TWU, drinking at a couple bars, etc.

Haven't been back in forever.

$9 all day green fees is hard to beat. I once played 45 holes for $9 before nearly dropping dead.
