I suggest they put a dome over the Ford and add A/C. Also, a multi-story parking garage within a 100-yard walk of the main entrance, with free parking for season ticket holders and a $50 per event parking fee for others.

They have no parking. Ticket takers and concessions are massively short staffed. The last few times I've been there it's obvious that TCU is the only game they have all year that draws. They have no idea how to accommodate the people their stadium currently holds. They should work on those things before expanding seating.
