Any Frogs into Geocaching?

Me and my dad did it when I was in high school. Never tried it in Fort Worth.

Edit: Just checked out the website, apparently these days it is primarily done with GPS phones. Pfft. In my day all you got was directions and a vague description of what you were looking for. Kids today are so spoiled.

Seems to be big out here in the West. Lots of people I know talk about it. Do they have different levels for different ages? (i.e., kids and adults)

I downloaded an app on my iphone and it tells you which ones are hard or easy. I live in Dallas and we did three within a mile of my house within an hour and a half. There are about 25 within two miles of us.

Is this 21st century snype hunting?

This made me laugh. We took a buddy out to another buddy's ranch a few years back... first time he'd ever been hunting (city boy), so we took him on a crazy snipe hunt. Gave him a .45acp, while we both had AR15s. He started freaking out when we came across some big hogs, and we told him those things are scared of snipe.

Hook, line, and sinker.

I am the "owner" of the micro-cache in the Fort Worth Water Gardens. Good luck!

Ha. I tried geocaching about a year ago but quit after about 30 finds. I found just about everything in or near downtown...only ones I missed were at First Methodist and the Water Gardens. May have to try yours again.
