ND is the name, ACC/ESPN working to figure out how to make it work.

SEC less than thrilled about those two, they aren’t the priority… ACC TV contract is a massive impediment. ESPN not for it either.
It seems as if this is the subtext to this entire thing: ESPN is trying to tear up their current contracts and financial obligations, while tightening up their hold on the Name Brand Programs.

The "best interests" line was nice. I guess ESPN doesn't want everybody knowing that they are the Bad Guys. They also don't want to let on that Bowlsby has them, and their little OUT friends by the balls.

I thought the clarification by Bowlsby on the Conference By-Laws and GOR was brutal: OUT has to pony up two years worth of Conference Revenue to get out of their commitment early (roughly $80 million each), but the GOR cannot be bought out. Sure, they can join the SEC early, but any monies derived from that go back to the BIGXII.
