A word about the boot contest

I was standing outside Chipotle, and I heard one of the tortilladores say that he heard the winner of the boots had an overlong story. The guy he was talking to said "rules is rules" (I think we know who that is). Interesting how this may play out. Remember the Burger King promo where the company handling the dollar giveaway gave all the money to friends and family? That was awesome.

Steel might need to seek a rules clarification. The Body of Steel's submission was 249 or 250; not including the title and "by Steel". Steel assumed the body was what the limit applied to.

Not to bring everyone down, but I'm only in my mid-30's and just lost my Dad last Tuesday somewhat unexpectedly. It has been incredibly painful, far greater than I imagined. The gravity and permanence of it have set in. My point is simply to concur with what you mentioned above- spend more time with those you love. You'll be so thankful you did. Trust me.

I think the body is all that counts
