Ten players TCU can't afford to lose for the 2019 season

By Jeremy Clark

TCU is coming off a less than spectacular 2018 season that saw the Frogs finish with a 7-6 record. While another bowl trip with seven wins could be classified as successful for some programs, it’s well below standards for the Frogs; especially after many thought they would be competing for a Big 12 championship prior to the season.

The bad news from last season was on the injury front; the Frogs sustained some major blows from start to finish. Many of those players even sat out during spring ball as they prepared to get ready for fall camp. There is a silver lining from last season however; the Frogs did win 4 of their last 5 ball games with wins over Baylor and Oklahoma State and those injured players will be ready to go this fall.

Can’t wait to see Mathis at DE. This is a good list, but it may need some reshuffling. Blacklock would be a huge loss. He needs to be higher on the list.

These articles are off season filler..Is there really anyone who doesn’t know Reagor is really important to the Frogs success?

How many players did TCU lose in the Fall 2018 season?

35?

Still had a winning record and a Bowl win over Cal.

Stupid article.

"[Insert TCU player name here] hurt his leg, out for the season".

Okay, so we forfeit the rest of the schedule.

Like I said, Stupid article.

Agree it's stupid. Felton is new to our team but hardly new in Big 12 experience.

Keep in mind that with Blacklock that he plays a position that is very deep with experience..He’s obviously critical to our defense but we were pretty good last year without him..

So in your opinion, we are just fine losing players to injury and having “successful seasons” like last year?

It’s just an article to kill time in the off season... who gives a [ Finebaum ]
