Hailey Van Lith is heading to the Chicago Sky as the No. 11 overall pick in the 2025 WNBA Draft, becoming the second Horned Frog ever to be drafted by the WNBA.

Her addition to Chicago means she's reunited with former LSU teammate Angel Reese, with whom she spent one season on the Tigers as they led LSU to an Elite Eight, where they fell to Iowa and Caitlin Clark. Despite some of the tensions and drama surrounding that LSU team, Reese was consistently vocal about her support of Van Lith both during and since their time as teammates, consistently speaking out on social media about Van Lith's excellent season with the Horned Frogs this year.

Not sure what WNBA salaries are, but I wouldn't be surprised if her NIL deals at TCU were close or more.
Her salary will almost certainly be less than what she was doing in NIL deals at TCU (max salary is $320K in WNBA for rookies). However, she'll still be able to continue doing her NIL deals, only they won't be called NIL deals anymore. They will be endorsement deals, but her social media following should guarantee her some good opportunities, possibly with existing sponsors like Adidas, Dicks Sporting Goods, Valentino, Overtime, Billionaire Girls, and others. She'll likely make more off the court than on.
