TCU MBB Adds Commitment from West Virginia Transfer DJ Thomas

Jamie Dixon and Co. added another key piece from the transfer portal on Monday, when West Virginia forward DJ Thomas committed to the Horned Frogs.
Originally from Allen, TX, Thomas spent one season with the Mountaineers, playing in all 35 games and averaging 6.6 points and 2.1 rebounds while shooting 51% from the field. Thomas' freshman campaign with West Virginia included a 25 point outing against Lafayette and a 20game against Creighton in the semifinals of the College Basketball Crown in Las Vegas.
Listed at 6-9, 225 pounds, Thomas is a big body that will give the Frogs quality minutes in the front court, both alongside and in relief of Xavier Edmonds.
