TCU is one-and-done in Kansas City, falls to 16-seed Colorado, 69-67

TCU basketball's season came to an end on Tuesday afternoon in Kansas City, as the Frogs fell to Colorado in the first round of the Big 12 Tournament, 69-67.
It was the second game between TCU and Colorado in the past four days, with the Buffaloes taking both of the games to double their Big 12 win total this season. The loss drops TCU to 16-16 this season, the first time TCU has finished .500 or worse since the 2019-20 season, and just the third time under Jamie Dixon.
The loss was also TCU's fifth in its last six games. End of regular season stumbles aren't new for TCU, who holds a 4-10 record in March regular season games in the past five years, including this one. 2025 also marks the first time TCU has been one-and-done in the Big 12 tournament since 2021.
