TCU HC Sonny Dykes loves QB room, high expectations for Josh Hoover

There's an old saying in football that if you have two quarterbacks, you don't have one. TCU head coach Sonny Dykes doesn't believe that with his quarterback room for the Frogs as they head into the 2024 season.
Dykes returns Josh Hoover, who showed great promise in six starts in the 2024 season, as well as talented additions in Vanderbilt transfer Ken Seals and true freshman Hauss Hejny, who was a four-star and ranked as the nation's No. 13 quarterback for the 2024 recruiting cycle.
"I really like our quarterback room," Dykes said during his media session at Big 12 Media Days. "Josh Hoover got quite a bit of experience last year. Then we took a transfer from Vanderbilt, Ken Seals. We felt like we needed to bring somebody in that had experience. And then we've got a young quarterback, he had tremendous success and is a tremendous athlete and grew up his whole life as a TCU fan."
