TCU HC Gary Patterson pleased with DE progress

TCU has a ton of weapons coming back on both sides of the ball for the 2019 season but they have the tough task of replacing two of the top defensive ends in the Big 12 from a year ago in L.J. Collier and Ben Banogu.
Both players were first-team All-Big 12 defensive ends in 2018 and selected in the 2019 NFL Draft; Collier in the first round by Seattle and Banogu in the second by the Indianapolis Colts.
Replacing those two players is perhaps the toughest task for any Big 12 team.
