If a QB does not need to scramble why take the shot from a defender? If this game was all that important then maybe run.

Not surprised. I was in Arlington for 9 state championship games, and he was by far the best QB.

That’s a stretch. Bowe Bentley from Celina was by far, in my opinion the best. I would’ve lumped Schobel up the next tear of QBs. Hard to judge playing such a low level of competition. He’s got tools for sure but he’ll need time to develop. Hopefully he gets 2 years behind Hoover.

You’re entitled to your opinion, I’m entitled to mine. I agree Bentley had a great game…I had him as my number 2.
