TCU "felt like home" to newest commit Drake Carroll
TCU felt like home to four-star edge rusher Drake Carroll. He visits with HFB to discuss why he chose to be a Frog.

TCU landed a huge commitment on Good Friday, landing San Antonio Alamo Heights four-star edge rusher Drake Carroll. Carroll chose the Frogs over 24 other programs including California, Minnesota, Duke, Northwestern, Nebraska, UCLA, Penn State, Iowa State and Michigan State among others.
The commitment timing was surprising as Carroll was set to have a busy summer with official visits planned. However, TCU's proximity and how he felt about the program led him to make a decision sooner than later.
"It was really the area and my sister being close, she goes to Baylor, so she's right down the road," he said of why he chose TCU. "Being the area and having familiar faces around me. Ever since I stepped on campus it's felt like home."
