TCU could get key players back against SMU

TCU may be getting some help on both sides of the ball this week against SMU. Frogs head coach Gary Patterson told the media on Tuesday that three players are returning to practice this week but will still be game time decisions.
On offense, Patterson said receivers Taye Barber and Mikel Barkley are practicing this week which is welcomed news considering how much the receiver corps have struggled through two games.
“They will both practice. We’ll see if by Saturday if they’re ready to go,” Patterson said. “I think both of them are going to have an opportunity to practice.”
