TCU’s Kaleb Elarms-Orr, Eric McAlister earn All-Big 12 First Team honors
Six Horned Frogs received All-Big 12 recognition for their play this season.

The TCU Horned Frogs had six football players earn All-Big 12 recognition this season. Among the winners were wide receiver Eric McAlister and linebacker Kaleb Elarms-Orr, who each earned All-Big 12 First Team awards. Free safety Bud Clark, outside linebacker Devean Deal and safety Jamel Johnson were named to the All-Big 12 Second Team and inside linebacker Namdi Obiazor took home an All-Big 12 Honorable Mention.
McAlister led the Horned Frogs in receiving this season, posting 1,121 receiving yards and 10 touchdowns on 64 catches. His 1,121 receiving yards rank second for a single season in school history behind Josh Doctson. The former Boise State transfer, who earned an Honorable Mention for Big 12 Offensive Player of the Year, went over the 100-yard receiving mark six times this season.
