Correct. If they survive, the blood is eventually replaced by their own, unchanged blood type made by their bone marrow. But, for a brief period, it could be argued that their blood type that is circulating has changed. I’m only arguing for the sake of making a point. The type doesn’t really change, as you mentioned. Still, the argument can be made in that specific situation (for that brief moment in time), which plays out frequently in trauma centers across the world.Until those cells get replaced over time with your own bone marrow,…right?
