TCU outfielder Sawyer Strosnider is the Perfect Game National Freshman of the Year, adding a crown jewel to his long list of postseason accolades.
Strosnider slashed .350/.650/.420 in his first collegiate campaign, logging a "quadruple double" of sorts with 13 doubles, 10 triples, 11 home runs and 10 stolen bases. His 10 triples were the most of any player in the country. Strosnider's freshman campaign also included 23 multi-hit games, including five games with four hits. He reached base safely in 46 of the 56 games he appeared in while also leading the team in hits (77) and RBIs (51).
