Jack Bech helps TCU overcome sloppy week one win

When Josh Hoover needed him, Jack Bech was there.
"He did a great job tonight, I'm proud of him, the way he adjusted," Hoover said. "He's such a selfless guy. He'll play any position on the field. That's what makes this team special and that's what makes my love for these guys so great."
All six of Bech's receptions resulted in first downs or touchdowns as he racked up 139 yards on Friday night against Stanford — the most for a TCU receiver since Savion Williams recorded 164 yards against Texas last season. His touchdown catch with 3:13 remaining in the game put the Horned Frogs ahead 27-24, just moments after Stanford had gone ahead.
