Gavin Wimsatt caught by surprise with TCU offer

Earlier in the week TCU extended an offer to one of the more athletic quarterbacks from the 2022 class; offering Owensboro (KY) signal-caller Gavin Wimsatt.
The 6-foot-3, 200-pounder has seen his recruitment take off in recent weeks with offers from Vanderbilt, Louisville, West Virginia, Missouri, Cincinnati and most recently TCU, which offered on Tuesday.
TCU has offered five quarterbacks from the 2022 class with Wimsatt as the first dual-threat to receive an offer. He is the third out of state quarterback that has been offered from the class.
