Gators take on TCU in SEC/ Big 12 Challenge

The Florida Gators (11-7, 3-3 SEC) travel to Ft. Worth, Texas to take on Texas Christian (14-4, 3-3 Big 12) in Florida’s annual match up in the SEC / Big 12 Challenge. Florida is 4-1 in the last five years in the challenge and 1-1 on the road. TCU is not going to be an easy team to extend the Gators’ Challenge winning ways and Mike White knows he doesn’t have to beat it into the heads of his players that the Horned Frogs are a very good squad. The two teams match up Saturday at noon on ESPN2.
TCU in undefeated at home in Big 12 play, notching wins vs. Baylor, West Virginia and Texas. The Horned Frogs picked up a win vs. USC in Los Angeles during non-conference action. Even their losses are tough ones. They lost in single digits to Kansas on the road, lost at Oklahoma 76-74, and at Kansas State by 10.
White’s team knows very well that TCU is for real.
