At least Tech makes more sense than Cincinnatti .How the Hell do we not have Baylor as our last game of the year on rivalry weekend?
At this point it is intentional.

Our friends in the league are not our friends....Once again we get the dreaded early bye. How does that keep happening to us??
There's always that conspiracy suspicion about AntiFrogism....Crazy, two bye weeks in the first seven weeks then seven games in a row. Stupid.
Alwasy play poorly agains Kansas State...and usually Oklahoma State...and often Utah....It’s not that they’re good, it’s that we always seem to play bad against them. Utah still has Dampier so they’ll be tough regardless.
It's so unfair!! LOLBye analysis:
No other team gets two byes (obv because we play week 0 in Dublin).
ASU, BYU and KU with week 4 byes (9 games straight to end year)
KSU, OSU and Utah with week 5 byes (8 games straight to end year)
TCU, TEch, Colo, Cincy, Baylor week 6 byes (7 games straight to end year)
Az, UCF, ISU week 7 byes (6 games straight to end year)
UH , WVU with week 9 byes (4)
Shame on the Ponies for focusing on TCU like a rival in a rivalry game, and for not having enough water one time for the wussie spoiled TCU fans that could conveniently travel across town to a rivalry game - let’s instead have Arkansas State come visit us.Scared? No. Tired of being the focal point of their season and treated like garbage at their garbage stadium? Yes.
Or, people reasonably assume that there are an equal number of byes in the second half of the season. The question then is, why is the Big 12 front loading the byes this season? It's so unfair!! LOL
A perfect example of people predisposed to thinking we always gets screwed, when in reality we don't any more than anyone else does.

This was likely blocked out and approved under the previous AD. Even so, Buddie ought to be raising hell over it, and seeing to it that the BIGXII doesn't continue to screw us over in this way.I get the 2nd week bye. That's because of the stupid cave to have the game oversease, thus screwing our own fans/season ticket holders. But to the other bye so early in the season and stick us with 7 games in a row at the end is bs. Our AD needs to step up and say something.
The absence of a later season bye may have cost the Frogs a Big XII championship in 2022, having to play 11 in a row to finish, likely mentally and physically not at their best in the championship game.Or, people reasonably assume that there are an equal number of byes in the second half of the season. One of my best friends was a walk-on at SMU for a couple years. He said they would literally practice and study TCU film ~70-80% of their spring/summer offseason. That’s not a rival, that’s a crazy ex-girlfriend.Shame on the Ponies for focusing on TCU like a rival in a rivalry game, and for not having enough water one time for the wussie spoiled TCU fans that could conveniently travel across town to a rivalry game - let’s instead have Arkansas State come visit us.
I doubt it. They pushed Whit out to retain the guy they promoted to HC. But who knows. That's a tough-looking November, but then maybe Utah and K-State will just be rubbish without Whit and Kleiman.

All that being said, you won’t find me defending who they replaced them with. Should be scheduling the likes of Miss St, Wake Forest, Boston College, etc. at least.
That’s fine. They could make that work within the parameters of having 7-8 home games a year.Mis State, etc., would expect a return game.
