Really dumb that half of the quarters and both semis are during the day on a week day. Does Gordon Ramsey and the Masked Singer have prime time rights in the 2nd half of July??

Never have been a soccer fan and often make fun of some of it's ridiculousness, but for pure sport and theater, this WC has been an absolute pleasure to watch and I'm so proud of my city, county, state and country for what they've done as hosts. I know we'd all love to see an underdog, but to have the best 4 teams in the world is exactly what this tournament deserves. This WC will go down as one of the greatest moments in American sports history and I've seen people who know exponentially more than I do about soccer, declare this the best WC ever. Bravo to FIFA and Fox.

I agree there is a lot of truth in that.
It appears there was a lot of talent on the fields and that the movie studios are lined up to sign a number of them for their theatrical ability.

Poch stays on with the USMNT through 2030. I am pleasantly surprised. Thought the Belgium loss would lead to overreacting and politically motivated stupidity. But I'm a casual observer who was impressed with the challenge-and-attack-with-speed identity he brought.
