Incredibly, those give coaches combined still don't exceed Jimbo Fischer ($70+ million) OR Brian Kelly ($55 million).
"Fired college coach" should be everyone's dream job.

I hope the Ravens never have another winning season. Spoiled Baltimore - you don’t fire a coach that has elite win numbers - he was 12-5 and 13-4 the previous two seasons.

Absolutely insane decision.
Once Ozzie Newsome moved from GM to evp in 2018, things started to devolve into treading water for the Ravens. Eric DeCosta, the guy promoted to GM after Newsome's reassign, never really seemed to synchronize with the players or the community. This kind of what you get when you make a dude with a masters of English and no significant CFB experience/no pro FB experience the GM.
Wasn’t he 4-7 in the playoffs after his Super Bowl win way back when? That probably sealed his fate.
Still, I bet he is the next NY Giants head coach. Good coach.
