scheissing Jerry Jones. Somebody needs to lock him up in a nursing home.

I don't think his son is going to be much different. I used to think so, but not anymore.

I'm not one of those that thinks they just have to sign Parsons long-term, he's kind of a nut case to pay that much money to. But whether they were going to sign or trade him, either should have happened a long time ago.

For all their genius in getting people to buy their crappy stuff and pay way too high of prices for it, they have no clue about how to gain leverage negotiating with football players. Or I guess better put they are masters at losing leverage.

I parallel your thoughts on the Jones Sr Jones Jr comment. I thought in 2010 to 2017/18 that Jones Jr may be different. Not so much as of 2022. Jones Jr may be worse than his pop. Think 30+ years back. E Smith Held out and the elder Jones and crew thought that they had the ace up their sleeve. The cowboys lost their first game WO Smith playing. Emmit had the Jones testes in a vice grip and the wildcatters acquiesced.

It is almost a blessing versus curse? whether the cowboys drafting Parsons ( their 2nd option after Pat Surtain CB Broncos) will end up being the end of the Jones's reign. My dad is 83 and a surprisingly mentally acute person. Still, I have hard time imagining convincing him to make the best decision and trade Parsons if we could get a couple of 1st s a couple of 2nds and 4th and 5th if we owned the Cowboys. Trading Parsons is the best GM decision at this point.

JP Richardson just went down with what looks like a hamstring injury after a 1st down catch in the Bears-Bills game. He has 2 catches and about a 20 yard kickoff return tonight.

Edit...

He was grabbing his hamstring but it's officially being called an ankle injury.
