I was STUNNED NBHS won that game. We’ve seen them play 70-80 times over the last decade. Short, slow, and white…. not a winning combination .

anthony allen had another good night for neville (now 3-0) as he gained 158 yards on 11 carries with 2 td's. one of those two td's was 65 yards and for the year he now has 9 total td's in 3 games.

not sure if at ~160 he is going to be big enough at running back, but he is electric in the open field and i am sure they can find a way to get the ball in his hands

some tcu recruits had very big nights in terms of numbers and others teams won big games.

as moose already posted ajay allen carried 20 times for 360 yards and 4 td's. he had td runs of 81, 99, and 49 yards in the first half alone. unfortunately it wasn't enough as lsu recruit walker howard threw for over 300 yards and led st thomas moore to 2 4th quarter scores and a come from behind win in what was billed as a game between the two top recruits in louisiana (walker is the top recruit and neville ot will campbell is rated #2, ajay is the #35 recruit in la. according to 247)

neville goes up against west monroe next week who shut out their opponent 27-0 to raise their record to 2-1. the game will pit tcu recruits allen going against wm safety ja'dais richards

dj allen didn't post the numbers ajay did, but playing quarterback again he made his yards matter as he helped rally gladewater from 14 points down with just over 9 minutes to go, scoring on a short td run, and then connecting for a 2 pt connection on a pass with 29 seconds to go. making the effort even more impressive was this was against tatum who was ranked #6 in the state. allen had 2 td runs for the game

matthew golden turning out numbers in a game has become so regular his 8 catches for 142 yards and 1 td in a 42-14 win over klein falls here, but golden and cain are on a roll now. matthew for the season has 37 catches, 653 yards, 18 ypc, and 7 td's

mansfield summit(joseph adedire -dline) won their district opener 47-26 to even their overall record to 2-2 and start district play 1-0.

choctaw, ok (cade mcconnell - oline) had a big win over higher ranked booker t. washington 29-20 to open up their league play at 1-0 and push their overall record to 3-1

saarland, al (trevon mcalpine- dline) dominated davis 52-7 pushing their league record to 3-0 and their overall record to 4-2

everman (seth martin-oline) played aledo and we will leave it at that

snow college's game was cancelled this week and they have 1 left scheduled (tevita noa - te)

Tevita Noa isn't playing this season at Snow. He is sitting it out and plans to enroll early so he can have 4 to play 3 at TCU
