Rangers looking like another last place finish this year. What a dumpster fire of a franchise. How does Jon Daniels still have a job? Yet they are asking money for season tickets. They build a new stadium they didnt need and this is the product they put out on the field.

Hopefully Chris Young will take over most, if not all of Jon Daniels GM responsibilities and let JD worry about other things.

The Rangers are preparing to send long-time shortstop Elvis Andrus, catching prospect Aramis Garcia, and $13.5MM in cash to the Oakland A’s for outfielder/designated hitter Khris Davis, catcher Jonah Heim, and right-handed pitcher Dane Acker.

For the Rangers, this ends Andrus’ 12-year run as the starting shortstop. He was the last remaining connection to their back-to-back pennant-winning teams in 2010 and 2011.

Idk bro. I was just looking at Davis' stats and there was a significant drop-off from 2018 to 2019. Don't know if he was injured or whatever.
