Not looking good... Tons of seats available still.

I was more surprised at the amount of seats still available than the price.
Yeah, it can’t happen but it would be interesting to have seen how full the stadium would have been against Grambling even with a win in Dublin.

Athletic department is getting triple hit here for this game with a poor decision to give up a marquee home game, schedule a very meh opponent for most fans, and lose the first game of the season in a very ugly fashion.

The last two games that I attended was in 2022 when TCU played in Austin and in 2023 when Texas came to town. Attendance in 2023 was embarrassing.

Didn't one of those Schobel's start in game 1?
The DE John did not start I think/am unsure. He did have a good game in the snaps he got that looked like about 2 quarters. 1 Sack, TFL, 1 successful pass defense against the NC TE that originally started at Ohio St.

I like players like the Hall of Famer Kevin Green who look like the King of Queens and play with their hair on fire. I do not like players that look like Arnold and play like Joan Baez.

The Apple does not fall far from the tree, and John Schobel needs to start over Oyewale & Chapman for at least the next two games.

If only we could look up these things. I guess we will just have to disagree.

He was officially credited with 2 UAs, 1 A, he had 1 of the 4 tackles for loss (25% of the team) and 1 of the 3 sacks (33% of the team).

Also, he plays on the other side of the front from those guys. He is listed on the depth chart for this weekend's game as the started with Koron Hayward as the #2. So, he will start, but not over the other two because they play at a different position.

You have a tendency to get bogged down in the quantitative and what some 20 YO intern posted.
Either Hayward or Schobel can go over to other side because of Avalos' defense design. Do you have some kind of kindred with Oyewale??

Watch the game again and you'll see that Schobel stonewalled that TE from UNC on at least 2 occasions. He did not take him out but neutralized the TEs success from the first 2 drives. When did Oyewale and Chapman account for 25% of the TFLs & 33% of the sacks in the last 3 years during a game??

Focus on the Qualitative from now on. I know I'm not asking Zebra to change stripes or scorpion not to sting. Am I??

Hey, you started this by posting something that wasn’t true. I was just trying to correct the record. I then posted receipts, and now you’re butt‑hurt that you were wrong. Just be a man, admit you were wrong, and move on. Stop acting like I have some personal connection to a player when the reality is you spoke incorrectly about a topic you clearly didn’t have the right facts for.

What did I post that was not true?? The go frogs source makes mistakes. They only have Gil Jackson and Vernon Glover as having 3 total PBUs. There were easily more than 5 PBUs during the game.

Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't Markis Deal play in that game against UNC? Your source presenting the facts does not think so. Sometimes one's source for facts are his eyeballs. Jamel Johnson had at least 1 PBU as did Kaden McFadden. Markis Deal played in the game.

Four Years after a National Championship appearance and this is where we are.

A 15 ticket is just pathetic, as are the Coaches and administration.
