Newsflash…no matter who we play, we will be without our two best offensive weapons, and maybe our third. I would temper expectations of boatracing ANY team.

For reference, we would have been #3 in the ACC (just ahead of SMU), #12 in the SEC, and #9 in the B1G.

I think the beauty of all this is that the SEC has created a system that works against them by consolidating so many “name” programs into one conference.

We don’t want to hear them complaining about not getting enough teams in the playoffs when they are the ones consolidating power through realignment. When you put more top level programs in one conference, somebody’s got to lose.
