I used that exact same picture to try & convince full Colonels in USAF (several thousands of miles away) we absolutely could NOT accept any more aircraft into Kuwait City when we only had spaces to park 6 aircraft and we already had 8 on the ground, 3 on final and even more 1-2 hours out back during the war. I even drew a ballon & put words in it that said WHAT PART OF WE CANT PARK ANY MORE AIRCRAFT DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND?!
