That was one of the dumbest things Boeing did (well, a lot more to add now). Some of the 737-900's required "kick stands" and this crew/FBO clearly did not put one in place (or it collapsed, unlikely). 737-900 is rather rear heavy. (Joke away.)

I used to work at UPS loading planes and we always had to put a tail post on the DC-8s. One crew forgot and the crew leader wasn't paying attention and it sat on it's ass.
