Is this silly? yes
You should’ve stopped there and your post would’ve been spot on. What is happening?
This will be the future. There really is no reason to attend any of these expensive woke schools any longer. My kids are going the clep, testing out route for 95% of their degrees. The total cost is less than $5,000. The accredited online degrees are the same as the others.
Texas Christian University has announced that it will no longer use the term "freshmen" in an effort to be more inclusive.
Instead, the school will refer to students in college for the first time as "first-year" students. The term will also apply to students with fewer than 24 credit hours, regardless of how long they have been enrolled in school.
TCU's Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs called the change "a reflection of our university-wide commitment to inclusive excellence."

Local Christian Parents Pay University $100,000 To Totally Destroy 18 Years Of Their Hard Work
BOSTON, MA—According to sources, local parents Dale and Cherie Woodall are shelling out over $100,000 to send their son Dillan to college and utterly destroy every good thing they have tried to teach him for the last 18 years.
At college, Dillan's faith will be assaulted on a daily basis, and every value he's been taught will be deconstructed until there's nothing left. When he graduates, he will be a lost, miserable soul who won't be able to get a job and will wander aimlessly through life for 10 years until he rediscovers God again and finds the meaning and purpose he long left behind.
$100K well spent!
So who are you gonna stalk when SMU shuts down? This will be the future.
at a time when the delivery of information has never been cheaper, there’s absolutely no reason for universities to cost what they do EXCEPT for all of the huge cost of the diversity initiatives and the professors being tenured, though they do not teach (and aren’t trained to teach even when they try) and of course the ridiculous physical plant and the enormous accumulations of wealth they call endowments. Oh, and sports, which are totally unnecessary.

Well, at least by 1 unit.
