For the record: I think blaming the coaches is supremely stupid. Schloss was playing to win a regional. Not just one game. Hill and Ridings and Savage weren’t good tonight. That’s baseball.

Not sure why anyone is surprised. we’ve all known Omaha is HIGHLY unlikely with this lack of a pitching staff.

Letting our All American reliever rot on the bench and instead use two freshman...with guys on late in a NCAA regional...is coaching malpractice....

Throw in coaching too. We used to, or it felt like, we had coaches that out-coached other teams. Now it seems like they are complacent and being out coaches.

That was unforgivably bad utilization of the bullpen in the 7th inning. Like I don’t have the words to do justice to the idiocy I just saw. Speechless.

As I said...coaching malpractice.

The save was in the 7th inning...not the 9th. Use the 5th year senior instead of a true freshman. In a the hottest moment of the year.

This is the first season I can distinctly recall thinking that the Frogs have a roster that seems much more suited for the regular season than either a regional or a super-regional.

Notre Dame regional is an absolute joke. Tech is a National seed and got North Carolina and UCLA. I think the Football Playoff Committee is helping out.
