understand the inclusion of the "prior conduct" clause though i would be very interested in the terms. the first one however is very, very interesting when you consider they just gave bill self a life time contract and with the new contract self can't be fired for ncaa violations in his program

KU has made it clear that Self can do whatever he wants....Had Les been winning big like the equivalent of Self, something tells me he would still be HC at KU. Maybe not. Maybe that just the cynic in me but winning covers up a lot of BS.

The contract says should any violations be found in the KU basketball program the football coach shall be fired.
