Ranking the Big 12's recruiting classes so far

Most of the Big 12 operates somewhat in the margins of the recruiting game. Sure, Texas and Oklahoma are no strangers to top 10 classes and regularly bring in their fair share of blue-chippers.
For much of the rest of the Big 12, creativity reigns supreme. TCU built a winner out of loading up on athletic prospects who excelled on offense, then moving those players to defense. Kansas State, first under Bill Snyder, and Iowa State now under Matt Campbell have thrived at finding players anywhere, everywhere who were overlooked and could fit their program.
