Would have really helped not to drill that kid with an 0-2 pitch. I think I’m ready to move on now from Perez. The fastball which used to move is now flat. The breaking pitch isn’t controlled.

Am I misremembering.... wasn't Perez being used in the closer role in 2019 with an upper 90s fastball?
In his few appearances I've seen this year, his control hasn't been good and he's been hit pretty hard. But has his velocity dropped significantly?
