Wow...that brings back memories. We had a similar play back in high school, and it worked for us too. Playoffs my Junior year...would have been the fall of 1974.

We had a team run back a TD on us with that play. One of our guys just blew up the kid with his back turned. Had to be carted off.
I think of the ambulance driving that kid away from the stadium every time I see that play.

We ran that in HS on kickoffs. We were...not a good team.
My buddy who also graduated from TCU was the handoff guy and just got destroyed every time we ran it.
