It's right up there with that supposed man landing on the moon stuff they tried to put over. Amazing what the government makes us do. Next thing you know they'll be putting up red lights at intersections and telling us we had to stop when the red light was showing, even without any cars coming. Stupid.
That is pretty stupid if you think about it. Why sit there for 2 minutes if nobody is coming from any direction?

Firstly, you're about as funny as a hangover. Secondly, what does a single thing I wrote have with the incoherent nonsense you scribbled?

Quit being a spoiled moron with a sense of entitlement as to the rules not applying to or you are offended because someone reminded you of the rules. Put your big girl panties on and quit being a cry baby. No one here on this board cares about your whining and neither does TCU. It’s their house and their rules. So immature to be bitching about something so inconsequential. You are just looking to be offended. No way to go through life. That usher probably makes significantly less than your spoiled ass and he is just trying to do his job.
JFC [ get out of here ] with the mask shaming. Bunch of god damn sheeple. This is worse than FB.

I worked in downtown Detroit for several years as a research attorney for a court and frequented the casinos there as well. For reasons of personal safety, I followed a policy of never sitting still at a red light in the City of Detroit if it was after dark and the coast was clear.

I blew through scores of red lights uneventfully over the years until late one night, after leaving the MGM Grand, I got pulled over and ticketed by a plainclothes Detroit cop in an unmarked Jeep. When I went to court on the ticket, he saw me in a suit wearing my court ID badge and told me, "Hell, if I had known you worked for the court, I never would've given you a ticket." Five minutes later, when the judge called my case, the prosecutor announced that the ticketing officer had informed him that the traffic light that I blew through was malfunctioning on the night in question and so my ticket was going to be dismissed.

Life was always interesting in the Motor City.

I hate masks as much as the next guy but this is just an absolute beating. If one of the requirements to attend a basketball game at TCU is to properly wear a mask then you wear your damn mask properly and shut the scheiss up about it OR you can stay home. Anything beyond that just makes you an entitled dick. The end. And just to be clear if you want to complain about the policy in general I'm OK with that, but I've got less than ZERO interest in people who show up to the game and complain that a rule they were aware of ahead of time is actually being enforced.

Any business has the right to have a mask policy and enforce it as rigorously as they choose. We also have the right to not patronize their establishment. Sounds like maniac is about to vote with his wallet and feet. Good for him. But it’s not like he walked in with no mask in open defiance as you suggest.

And I'm 100% fine with that. If you don't like the policy, don't go.

Just to be clear here, are you saying that wearing a mask does nothing? That it doesn't at all limit what comes out of people's mouths?
Cough or sneeze , OK sure but Does your Cloth mask filter virus particles? Does it trap your exhalent the inside the mask? Then where does it go? Might be redirected to fog your glasses verse directly forward but it does not limit what comes out of your mouth.

quote BrewingFrog; "Masks don't do a damned thing except show your submission."
Refute the point. I can point to a number of studies, all laboriously linked in the Plague thread, that commonly worn cloth masks don't do a damned thing to stop transmitting or contracting a respiratory virus such as this one. If they did, how come there's all these cases all of a sudden? Why, there's "Mask Mandates" everywhere...

As to the submission aspect, since it is known that the efficacy of masks is bupkis, why are the tyrants forcing people into doing something useless? The only reasons that seem to fit are measuring the ability to coerce an ignorant public, and the illusion amongst said ignorant public to be seen as "doing something. " No matter how ineffective or asinine it may be.

As was said very early on in this episode, the most effective way of inhibiting transmission is to wash your hands frequently. But, simple personal hygiene doesn't virtue signal like a face diaper...

anyone watch any other games?

watched gonzaga twice and someone needs to tell mark few according to the analytical folks his team would be better offensively if they shot more 3's. then again when you shoot above 60% from 2 it might balance out somehow

youtube shows tech and uh on espnu so i put it on and they have the wrong houston as it is tech sam houston and the bearkats have 4 points through 12 minutes of play

not sure if tech is any good, but the games are better than masks talk
