this is what drives me nuts. its like the offensive staff lives in opposite land.
of course, waiting too long to get the call in so the d line can line up in time for the snap does not help either.

Sad. On the 3rd down play, Max had a back out in the right flat that would have easily gotten the 1st down had he not tried to force the ball into coverage.
Max is starting to stare down receivers. Bad JuJu. One would think a good QB coach would notice this, and try to correct it.... Naah.
